What we collect
The quote form
When you submit the form on the contact section you send us your name, email address and — optionally — your company, phone number and a description of the services you are interested in. This reaches our inbox directly through Web3Forms, which relays it without long-term storage. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry you initiated.
Usage statistics
If you agree via the banner shown on your first visit, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and where navigation gets difficult. These tools set cookies. Until you accept, they are not loaded at all — not merely disabled. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your preferences
Your chosen theme (light / dark) and your answer to the cookie banner are stored locally in your browser. That information never leaves your device and never reaches us.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the form stay in our correspondence for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the contract plus statutory retention periods. Statistical data is retained according to the default settings of the tools listed above.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Write to office@aventico.ro for any of these. If our response does not satisfy you, you may contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
Changes
If we change how we use data, we update this page. The current version is the one shown here.
